Please help me

So, I bought a key from cdkeys, on their site it says its worldwide and CAN be activated in my country. Sadly it didn't work since steam is telling me it isn't available in my country, considering the game itself is on my store and I can buy it from there, it made only sense that cdkyes themselves bought the game. Then my friend who lives in Europe too but in Germany asked me to try himself and if it worked he'd buy me another one, and for him the key did work for some reason. He bought me another one, I thought well maybe this ones it but no, the other key doesn't work neither. So two worldwide keys don't work because a game i'm trying to redeem isn't available in my country even tho I can buy it and not only that nowhere does it says its unavailable in any country. I never had issues like these so what might be the problem?

Sounds like you got scammed. Not surprising from a website known for selling stolen goods and scamming their customers.

If you dont use a key for X amount of time ......doesnt it revert to worldwide?

No, it does not work like that. What you are talking about is regional restrictions AFTER the key was redeemed.

Contact that shady grey market site & ask for a working product or your money back. If they don't comply, issue a chargeback.
