Sounds like a problem you should take up with that unofficial, use at your own risk, non supported 3rd party trading site.

all 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK. if anything bad happens, the only thing steam support returns is the account. any items/money that leaves the account are NOT returned. any bans earned may be PERMANENT regardless of who was in control of the account.

take the security of your account more serious. dont come whining to the forums should your items get stolen because you didnt care.

since you may have already compromised your account, here is how to secure it

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

I'll take it a step further and suggest that all 3rd party trading/gambling sites are scams. I'm wholly convinced that even the most popular and reputable ones are skimming off the top. A few choice targets to drain, and they'll still have countless users who defend it.

The only safe place to trade on Steam, is on Steam.

Do all the steps in Post #2

A basic website safety check shows the site is suspicious...I knew anyway but did it to prove a point.

Hello everyone, I have a question, I recently had a problem with tradeit and they took all my inventory but they told me to pay $100 to recover it and that if I don't pay this $100 they would ban my steam account, my question is if this is possible that they can ban my account for not completing a process
do the list I posted, your account is compromised.

You're being scammed. Follow my advice in response #1 after you secure your account.
