Internet keeps disconnecting when I try to download game

For years everything has been fine but recently whenever I download a game after a couple of minutes my PC just disconnects from wifi. The only difference is I've upgraded from 16gb ram to 32gb. Tried putting old ram in again and still won't work. I have to manually unplug and replug my wifi adapter to get the wifi working again. Any ideas? Also Iam not the bill payer and don't know too much jargon so please keep it simple, thanks

It also happens to me. The issue is with all games or one in specific?

Most Wifi Laptop user right click on connection and click repair on it, desktop users can do same, but if it will help i dont know.
