When someone is posting my home address
I had a very bad memory while playing TF2 in a community server until someone post my home address in text chat on screen right in front of my very eyes.

Today, I couldn’t remember that person who’s using my home address for no reason given. And before you guessed, no, I’m not talking about the IP address, I’m referring to the home address, the location where I lived in.

Does posting my home address in game violates the privacy policy?

Everyone's address is public information and can be found on the internet in a matter of minutes.

While it may not be wise to give out someone's address, it is not illegal to do so. If for example, you gave out someone's address to a person intent on causing harm to that person, and they then cause harm to that person, you could theoretically become embroiled in civil and even criminal proceedings. If in the more likely scenario, the person you gave the address to, just wants to send a birthday card, it will never be a problem.

If you think it is a privacy breach, report it to the police.

There is no law saying we can't, and besides that, computer do not come with protection so there is no privacy rights being infringed on.. Blame Microsoft not the game..

Sure you could argue it falls foul of either of these, there's no legitimate reason for posting somebody's address, even if it is easy to find on the internet.

Violate others’ personal rights
Examples of such prohibited behavior include: doxing; scamming; stealing; impersonating; stalking; accessing other users’ Steam accounts; and posting libelous or defamatory statements.

Harass other users or Steam personnel
Examples of such prohibited behavior include: trolling; baiting; threatening; spamming; intimidating; and using abusive language or insults.

As others have said report via their profile.
