impossible to launch the game

hello , i've just discovered the game and i love the concept. unfortunately, it's impossible to launch the game. i've tried several tricks, like changing the compatibility of the game by putting it on windows7 and 8. launch it in classic and vulcan mode, check the game files but nothing works. The place where I went the furthest was the first 10 seconds of the "movie" which shows the context in which the game takes place. before, ubisoft told me to report the crash, which I did. I went to several forums to try and find solutions but I didn't find anything. I'm a bit sad because I think I'll have to get my money back if the game doesn't work. If anyone has a "miracle" solution I'd love to hear about it.
