Family sharing with long distance family

Hello, i need help with new family share feature i would like to share my games with my brother but i everytime get error we are not in same house hols is there any possible fix

Read steam family update and they change it. ( from steam beta to steam beta FS )

and exatly as it says not same household location at same pc.

You have to be in the same country and have the same Steam Store region in the new Steam Family system to join the same family.
No way around it.

Unless he moves to your Steam region again, no.
Also the old family share system will be deactivated soon when Steam Families leaves BETA so switching back would not help you either.
You would have to deal with the new system soon anyway.

You have to disolve your Steam Family first, then leave the BETA.
That should activate the old system again for the moment.
