how does refund work in steam
like there's a game i wanna try see if ill be able to play it but i'm not sure for in case it doesn't work or is super laggy whats the rules for refund a game, my friend said within a hour you either refund it or you have to keep it and how many times can you do this cause i have a few games i wanna try see if they work on my laptop or not

Less than 2 hours of runtime AND less than 14 days since purchase.
If you exceed even one of those requirements you are not able to refund.
Remember the refund system is NOT a method to demo games, if you abuse it Steam will revoke your ability to refund.

it is based about your gamehours, i bought cod vanguard here it did'nt run , so i bought it for a second time on battlenet there it did work , asked my money back here on steam and it whas back on my bankaccount 1 week later. when you have windows 11 on your pc , games that start up with a app can give problems here, so my tip buy those just on battlenet.

Just try not use refund system to much, rely on minimum system requirement, if your system pas that, then try.
