How do I get notified if a game goes on sale but I already own it?

I’m trying to get my friend to get and stream outlast and he says he will when it goes on sale. He’s kinda a chicken so I’m trying to hold him accountable when it goes on sale, but I can’t find an option to get notified when it goes on sale if I can’t wishlist it.

If you wishlist a game, it'll email you that it's on sale.

if you own the game already and cant add it to your wishlist, you might want to make an alt account and add it to its wishlist. you can have multiple accounts on the same email
