On my Steam Deck, the Friends Tab, below is a Activity section. It won't load

I've already gone to the download settings and deleted cache, also changed my privacy settings, also changed my activity settings, also deleted some groups and old friends. Oh I've also tried changing accounts (I have two), the second account on the Steam Deck does show activities.

Nothing makes it work. I only Favorites, and friends online games, but the Activity section is empty and kind of looks like it broken.

I had this before, but with a big Steam OS update it got fixed.

There seems to be some cache, but have no idea how this can be cleared. Would be nice to have a refresh button.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
