BLOCK ACCOUNT
A few days ago they blocked my account for supposed fraud but in the end a Steam worker confirmed that it was fake, so they "unblocked me" but I still don't see my friends that I had added and I didn't receive the products that they inspected in their entirety, I have sent messages but they don't answer me and it's been more than 7 days (what was mentioned by their support), I don't know what to do

It was a scam. Your account was already compromised and you talked to the hijacker, not real support.

Real support only responds to support tickets.
