Did I get refund banned?

I didn't receive any warnings so I'm not sure
One day my refunds just stopped - they've been stuck on 'open' so I'm double not sure, they're not getting closed

If you were banned you'd likely see refunds rejected, and/or you wouldn't be able to submit them in the first place. Refunds not processing as fast as you want isn't a ban. Just be patient, or open a support ticket for more information.

This didn't work for me. I bought cyberpunk 2077 complete edition for like $120 and the very next day it was discounted to 50%. Requested a refund and it was denied because I had 3 hours of play time...XD

[/quote]You need to submit a manual ticket by choosing this option https://i.stack.imgur.com/tGEEH.png if you are outside of the automated acceptance policy of 2 hours and 2 weeks.

If it's stuck on open then just update the ticket if you feel too much time is passing without it being answered. If you were banned from refunds, you would be informed with an account notification from Support.

Because you went with automatic refund instead of manual.

Manual refund:
Help > Purchases > click on game > "i've question about ..." > fill contact form

Alright everyone thanks for the responses - turns out I'm not banned I just had to write to steam support and they fixed it
I got worried for nothin lol
