Report a translation problem
You will have to go to Support page, find your games (one by one) and choose "it's not in my library".

scroll down to the search box, enter the name of the game in the search box, then select the game, then select "Its not in my library"
also check to see if they used the HIDE feature (its under the View drop down menu to allow you to UNHIDE games that have been hidden)
Do all of the following:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Then you can proceed with fixing your profile and restoring games.
