steam gift card missing

Two days ago I received mail that I received a digital Steam Gift Card worth $25.00. I clicked Accept Gift and I was prompted to login, I forgot my password so I changed it. When I clicked again on Accept Gift it redirected me to Invalid Url page, now the link for Accept Gift doesn't work anymore, and I didn't get anything. Also https://steamcommunity.com/my/pendinggifts shows me invalid url. Can somehow I get my gift card back?
I actually received two mails with gift cards. I tried both Accept Gift but none was working. I think that is mail for the same gift card but I'm not sure.

I would contact Support. It looks totally legitimate but there's a possibility that the purchase made by the user gifting was reversed before you could accept the funds. Were you expecting a gift and do you know which account made it?

It is reward on some competition my teammate successfully accepted his gift from same gifter, so I guess problem is on my side.

Did you ever get this sorted Lazarskolski? I have a similar issue and can’t get it sorted.

My wife bought me a £50 Steam digital gift card, but she doesn’t have a Steam account so it comes up as “guest”. I got an email to say she purchased it for me. I click on the link and it says £50 gift pending. Can’t do anything on the page. It’s a legitimate Steam page but no links work in it.

I login on Steam and I’ve got no money added to my account, no gifts that match the one I’ve received, and no info available on why it’s not gone through.

I know Steam can delay cash gifts for several days, but this is from the 22nd May, 2 weeks ago! My wife bought it direct from Steam.

Anybody else know what’s going on?

Your issue is completely different from OP

Also, you need to have steam account in order to purchase steam digital gift cards on steam platform

You don't anymore. You can now check out as a guest if you don't have an account. It just requires verifying your email and knowing the email of the recipient the gift card is going to.

Same here. Have you found any solution?

Yeah she managed to speak to somebody and get the email resent. This time when I got the email I opened it on my desktop computer and it worked properly.

So the money went onto my Steam account as intended. I’m guessing the original issue was because I tried to open the email and follow the link on my phone, but not really sure. It was an official Steam thing. No 3rd party websites or scams.

I’m having the same issue right now — my wife bought me a Steam gift card directly from Steam, as a guest, and the email from Steam never got to me (nor a notification in my Steam app.) It’s put a huge damper on the holiday week and I’m hoping desperately Steam makes it right before Christmas.
