steam gift card missing
Two days ago I received mail that I received a digital Steam Gift Card worth $25.00. I clicked Accept Gift and I was prompted to login, I forgot my password so I changed it. When I clicked again on Accept Gift it redirected me to Invalid Url page, now the link for Accept Gift doesn't work anymore, and I didn't get anything. Also https://steamcommunity.com/my/pendinggifts shows me invalid url. Can somehow I get my gift card back?
I actually received two mails with gift cards. I tried both Accept Gift but none was working. I think that is mail for the same gift card but I'm not sure.

Only those who bought steam digital gift cards from steam platform

Will receive notifications of their purchases on their email account

It says that when gifted, recipient will also receive mail, I'm sure that email is not scam and the problem has other nature.

How do I purchase Steam Digital Gift Cards for friends and family?
To purchase a digital Steam Gift Card for a friend or family member’s account, visit Steam Gift Cards. Once the purchase has been completed, the gift recipient will receive both an email and a gift notification on their Steam account.

Stop talking nonsense. When you receive a gift you are sent a notification email from noreply@steampowered.com

Ignore this guy i say

He allows people to bend the rules like Steam Refund Policy

and causing ''precedents'' to happen

Without thinking of the consequences

It's not bending the rules when users are free to do so as stated clearly in their policy. I have had several approved outside of it like many others and this unique Helldivers 2 situation has also seen refunds being granted based on the exceptional circumstances.

To state users cannot even request a refund and then lie about their reasons for submitting the request is absurd behaviour and I don't know what you think it will achieve other than to mislead and give people blatant misinformation which you know is wrong.

Oh dear, you really are hopelessly clueless.

I'm seconding J4MES, and I can also confirm that you do get an email when receiving a digital gift card.

Now that said, it is possible the email is fake but if you are absolutely sure it was a legitimate email from Steam the only thing you can do is contact support if the gift card truly disappeared. But just to be safe, I would double check what the address of the link was that the email opened up.

You could also try checking in the Steam client and looking at your Steam notifications, because the gift card should have showed up there. But if it still doesn't and it's not in pending gifts all you can really do is contact Support and explain.

How can I contact support, I tried to find something on https://help.steampowered.com/en/ but I didn't find right option for my problem.

I would contact Support. It looks totally legitimate but there's a possibility that the purchase made by the user gifting was reversed before you could accept the funds. Were you expecting a gift and do you know which account made it?
