He write the ''helldivers 2'' review on 18th feb 2024 and he edited his original review a few days ago

No way can the manual refund work for him
Is a blatant mistake and for not being truthful at all
---------------
Where Refunds Apply
The Steam refund offer, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime, applies to games and software applications on the Steam store. Here is an overview of how refunds work with other types of purchases.
from here https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds
1) within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime
OP exceeded that completely and he still come here providing inaccurate information too
This post of yours is concrete evidence
and i went to check through your steam account profile under reviews tab
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198330991856/recommended/
---------------
Your failure of giving information like
1) when you bought the game
and
2) how many hours in total you played the game
Shows you are not ''transparent and truthful'' at all
Or else others will do the same thing as what is OP doing here
'Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.''
Haha nice one. Okay so this "misinformation" thing is all just inside of your head thing. I'd suggest seeing somekind of a doctor or reading the post again.
Ask yourself if this "new region restriction/PS account" took place prior to my first review or at the time of the purchase or at the time when I made my decision to purchase the game soley to play with a friend?
