RDR2 Exe file

Im trying to download and use RedM but when i go to Red Dead files. I cant seem to find the exe launcher. I am on windows 10

For me it's right in the root folder for the game install.

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2

Your install location my be different but it still should be something like: {your steam or steamLibrary}\steamapps\common\Red Dead Redemption 2

There's a PlayRDR2.exe and RDR2.exe if you can't see the .exe it's because you have hide extensions for known types enabled in your windows folder options.

Are you on a 64-bit windows even, i think there was win10 32 bit wayback.
