Using Steam/playing Steam Games causes me to "lag" in Discord calls
Issue is basically the title. When I play any Steam game and am in a Discord call at the same time, say for example Terraria, my voice becomes "robotic" (according to my friends) and streaming my game at 60 FPS in call is reduced to unwatchable FPS. The weird thing is that other games (like osu! or Minecraft) work completely fine with Discord and do not cause my voice to end up "robotic" on the other end. I don't remember doing anything at all to cause this problem.

You have to move the steamapps folder out of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam before uninstalling

And the userdata folder as it contains saves and screenshots.

Just shut down my computer last night and opened it up again, and the issue persists. So now I really don't know what's causing it, and I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall Steam everytime I open up my computer...
