Kinguin Wants Dates for a Key they sold me that was a dupe, and I have no Idea how to Get what they want
I don't think I can post images, So here is a uote of their Message "Dear Customer,

We would kindly like to ask you to contact Steam Support and inquire about the time and date of when the key was used. Once you acquire this information, please provide full, unedited screenshots of their response (make sure that both the key and time/date of its usage are visible on the screenshot).

Do a chageback, Steam Support will never provide you info about a key that was activated on someone else's account.

Then stop using shady websites.

They are giving you the "runaround" ,do a chargeback with your bank and avoid using those sites.

Go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithCommunityContactSupport
(another way to get to that address: Help > Steam Support > Steam Community > I need help with something not listed here)
Explain the situation there. A poster over at SteamGifts suggests to include the message from the key seller.
