"Stream Launch Failed" - Remote Streaming not working anymore

I do stream to my laptop to play relaxing games via steam remote from my main PC. Yesterday i played Dave the Diver. Today i wanted to do the same.

- Steam is on on both PC's
- I get the message, that my main PC is available to stream from
- Internet is fine
- Restarted both PC's and Internet
- The correct device is chosen to stream from

I always get the message "Stream Launch Failed. Unable to launch stream."
I don't know how to fix this. The last days were totally fine. I made no updates.

I get the same message when starting the game manually from my main PC and than click Connect on my laptop. Same message when trying to launch stream any game.

I would be happy for any help!
