Joy-Con Connection Issues on Steam

I've been experiencing while attempting to use my Joy-Con controllers.

Whenever I connect my Joy-Cons, they repeatedly connect and disconnect at intervals of approximately one second. This issue makes it impossible to use them effectively for any session. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:

Restarting both Steam and my PC multiple times
Adjusting various settings within Steam
Ensuring my Joy-Cons are fully charged and updated
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I am using the latest version of Steam, and all my drivers are up to date. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions.

Same here. It was working normally yesterday. In addition to having done all the steps described by my colleague above, I also tried to update the firmware of the joy-cons on the Switch itself, as this error occurs on the console and the Nintendo website advises to do this. I would be grateful if someone who understands the subject more than I do could help us.

same exact thing is happening over here. I was using them fine to play diablo 4 ysterday and all of a sudden this connection issue started.

i opted out of beta updates and that fixed it for now. soo they porlly goofed up something in the latest beta
