Steam will not launch after software update
Today after booting my windows PC that has never had a Steam issue like this, Steam made an automatic update then failed to launch. It will not launch when I open it manually and it still will not launch after trying every trouble-shooting method in the help page. PC has been restarted, all non-essential devices are disconnected, all windows updates and graphics card updates are applied, network devices are restarted, RAM and disk drives have been checked for errors, steam has been reinstalled fresh without deleting my games. Still same result. I'm thinking the latest version they released is completely broken for my system. I have an i7 10700. Please help.

Im having the same issue. Nothing running in task manager. Steam (32 bit ) flashes then ends. Steamreporter.exe (32 bit) stays for about 5-10 seconds then ends.
1. Rebooted
2. Reinstalled Steam
3. Tried run--steam://flushconfig
