Stream Controller/Steam Link desktop mode issue
So I have for a while been using steam link to connect to my PC and use apps like chrome to watch youtube etc.

Starting today, I can connect Steam Link to my PC, exit big picture, open Chrome and then like 3 seconds later, the steam controller will not move the mouse. Steam is turning off the controller/windows desktop input mapping but for chrome only. all other apps work fine.

Has anyone else experienced this weirdness?

If I hold the back button to get the little menu up, and select the 'enable controller as mouse option' (which has awful control) it actually works and I can click stuff etc.

Earlier today I added chrome as a 'non steam game' on a different PC on my account - I suspect there is some kind of bug happening where steam now recognises chrome as an app, but it's not in my library.

So it does seem to be a bug of sorts.

The PC I'm "Steam Link"ed to has the option to stream Chrome from the other PC on the network, and so has controller mapping options for that, and even though I haven't got chrome set up as a non-steam app locally, it still tries to use the controller mapping that's set for streaming it.

For now, I've just set the controller mapping to mouse and keyboard for the streamed version of the non-steam app and it's taking effect locally.
