Hijacked, not hacked. You leaked your account credentials somehow.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

If you no longer have access to your account, read this:

Keep in mind you are absolutely not allowed to share your account with anyone. Your cousin had no business to access your account.

All the steps, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

No... why do you have to be so dumb to give someone else access to YOUR account?

Giving your cousin access to your account is in contravention to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Read section 1 C why.
No, i didnt give my cousin full access to my account, he just wanted to play games on my pc. guess curiosity got the best of him when he saw someone send him a message.

Then how was he able to log into your account on that phishing website with YOUR account credentials?

"I didn't give him access except I did", that's not helping.

You know that popup where steam asks you to confirm your login when a site requires your account to trade and stuff? thats probably how, he clicked login

Educate your cousin about scams and internet safety.

Scam: Vote for My Team

So he uses yours. Logging his account on your computer. Then borrow games from your library using the Family Library Sharing function. Easy-peasy.

Hello I wanted to ask what if I enter a link but didn't do anything like sign in and stuff and I just left the site in 2 mins? I enter it from Edge and yes it's was the csgo stuff for voting ...

You should be fine. You can always do a malware scan to be sure but there is no need to change your credentials or any other security factors.
Oh ok thanks man you a life saver
I thought they could hack me or smth by just a link
Even tho I didn't login in or smth
