Paysafecard adding founds issue

I tryed to add founds with paysafecard and then it got on pending i waited for 4h and it got "fail"
now my money from paysafecard is gone but i didn't got anything in founds so i contacted paysafecard and they said if the transaction is complite steam got the money but when i was looking at trascation on steam it said steam didn't got any money and i shall wait for my bank to update my staiment what now?

The funds were never sent to Steam since the transaction failed. Those funds that are on hold will released back to you in a few days.

The funds were never sent to Steam since the transaction failed. Those funds that are on hold will released back to you in a few days.
