Disable the Steam Offer Pop up when Steam opens.
When opening Steam; this window opens alongside, with an offer or Advert or what have you. Constantly closing this second window has gotten annoying. Where is the 'off' option?

Under your steam settings.

It use to be under interface tab, disable the "Notify me about additions or changes to my games, new releases, and upcoming releases".
