In game overlay WONT LOAD ANY TAB NEED HELP

I can not get the in game overlay to load any window EVER... Is this Lord Gaben trying to help me not buy crates.. Seriously though, ive been trying to sell old skins and wanted to try my luck with a few crates and I can not for the life of me to get the steam store to open while in game. I've tried with multiple other games as well, and those do the same thing.

1. Yes its turned on in settings for steam and all the games.

2. Yes I reinstalled

3. Yes I cleared my data

4. Yes I went and force quit from task manager.

I had a 1 week hold until I could buy anything, because I have not played in so long, and I was hoping that was the reason for no tabs loading. Well today its lifted and nope still can not load any tabs.

Please help me so I can be a degen.. no but seriously its getting annoying not being able to load any tabs while in game.

Ask Steam Support if you haven't already. I know you've heard it a thousand times but I can't think of anything else. You did everything that most would normally do. Sounds like Steam is either buggy or it's just lag timing out the open tab command

Thanks I will try this next. It’s opening the overlay it’s just a never ending loading screen with the steam symbol and the blue line circling it.

Try steam flush cmd ( google it ) do have account login and pw rdy.
you hope it will effect it, cant say it will.

whatever you mean its on each game own properties right ? ( delete steam overlay data per game. )

Yes cleared data on each game( I have two downloaded right now new laptop )

I FOUND A SOLUTION sort of.. while it’s loading I will alt tab and open another program and when I tab back to CS it loads. Any ideas what could be causing this?
