Anyway... when you try to login, you use the "forgot my..." whatever prompt just like you would for any account you need to recover. Follow the prompts and wait for a response from Steam Support.
So basically to lazy to do the bare minimum of anything, I assume you forgot your email as well? Otherwise do recovery process.
Passwords cannot be viewed anywhere, though.
Once you have recovered the account, grab a piece of paper and a pen, and write down:
Store that paper in a safe place, that you'll remember when you need the information again.
And while you're at, take note of other accounts too that might be important -- Amazon, PayPal, EMail, Google, your bank, ...
Also, if you ever connect the mobile app, write down the recovery codes as well.
You can't rely on your memory, this proves it. Use a proper password manager, document account info securely, and never put your accounts at risk of being lost.
