Steam has been restarting randomly for the past hours
I've been having a weird issue where Steam restarts every single time when I try to enter my game library. Everything freezes and Steam just restarts. The only way I can access the library is by entering the Collections tab and accessing my games from there, but even then Steam restarts while I am inside the game.

I am very confused, I already restarted my PC and checked if my SSD's are fine (some people recommended in the discussions to check them)

EDIT:

I started getting an error message saying that "Steamwebhelper is not responding" and it gives me 5 different options, none of which have helped me so far.

Yeah thats crazy, steam restart, are you have heat or dust issue, most dont have this with them new pc with air filter flow in pc.

i'm not sure what else you can try then, then you have reset all, you can try old tips as reinstall steam over current one to fix whats wrong.

Try other game client do you have issue there. ( or do you have unstability issue we cant see here. )

Try steam flush cmd ( google it ) , do have account login/pw rdy.

Dont fortget Steamwebhelper is a executable that mean steam.exe might need whitelist in antivirus app ( allow rules ) what if you had a antivirus core app update that now have issue with it.

and other check ups issue. ?

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
SFC /Scannow

and ccleaner to get ride of system junk and check windows registration database,
problem is noone here will tell you this anymore, its old windows user way and require knowhow.

Do not fiddle with option you dont know anything about its a pro tool, only use default setting unless you know better.

Thank you, I will backup my game configurations and Steam settings, and then I will try out some of these methods.

The Steam flush cmd thing didn't work, I kept getting automatically thrown back into Steam after launching the command. (Even after restarting the PC to make sure that Steam hasn't even been launched)

I use no antiviruses, so there is nothing to whitelist.

DISM showed that everything is fine.
SFC found some files and repaired them.

Good old CClearner just wiped my temp files and my browser.

I also updated my drivers, but nothing works.

Okay, turns out it was the Client Beta Participation thingy, I have been a part of it for years and never had any issues with it. This makes me feel dumb for not checking it first.

Do this, head to where Steam installed delete everything except for Steamapp folder and steam.exe file, once done run steam.exe file, and see issue been resolved.
