You can use things like ctrl-click or shift-click to mass select images for upload

that works to upload things to the steam clopud but not activity feed

The activity feed screenshot posts are not directly controlled by the user. Steam is creating those based on the screenshots you upload. If you're trying to get them grouped together, they would have to be of the same game and uploaded within a short period of time.
