can't seem to update my payment information with my current address since Steam doesn't seem to recognize actual Military addresses. currently stationed APO, AP

Is it an actual address that could be found via a Google search?
If not, then it may not be considered a valid address.

The City will be APO.
The state will be AP with your base zip code.
The country will be USA.

For address use your PO box or apartment whichever is on your credit card.
This information should match your credit card billing address for the purchase to go through.

Yup, that is what I have used. however steam seems to disagree.

Not sure if this helps, but maybe don't use the full zip code? I'm in Humphreys and put 96251 instead of 96251-0008
