Steam game showing 0 Bytes file size

So basically the way this happened was i tried to remove a file from the game folder and then relaunched the game it then just said unable to launch file missing, i then tried to verify game files and it still wouldnt work so i uninstalled and then i tried install the game again and boom the game says 0 Bytes and thinks that its installed but its not, my disk is also occupied even though the game is nowhere to be found where it was installed.

I checked everywhere and no i did not change the location where its installed to.
I tried to remove library and readd, i tried clearing cache and basically almost everything except uninstalling discord.

The game directory is empty, even though it said that steam downloaded like 114mb worth of file/files.

When verifying integrity it says that there are all 380 files inside but they dont exist lol

did you ever find a solution to this because im having a very similar problem and it seems like no one else on the internet has ever experienced this
