Also, the way the receipt still says "the following items..." suggests that they wanted to list the items, and someone at Steam just broke the code that does it. It also sheds some light on how the QA at Steam works... or rather, doesn't work.

It might be a database issue if it isn't listed. Those fix itself over time because Steam uses sharded clusters of multiple database servers.
Yes, but that's not what the threadstarter was talking about.
If you go on a purchase, there SHOULD be an option to view the receipt. That's what this is about.
