Need help not being limited anymore.
I have around $16 in my steam wallet yet i still cant add friends. I've spent more than 5 dollars because the account balance used to be $25 but it is now $16. can someone help?

How did you obtain the Steam wallet balance?

If it was a gift, then this won't unlimit you.

Only retail wallet cards or topping up using an external payment method will count towards unlimiting the account. Being given a digital gift card will NOT count towards unlimiting the account.

Using wallet balance to make purchases won't count towards unlimiting the account either.

Obviously, using an external payment method that you own can also be used to unlimit your account.

Yeah, put $5 into your wallet yourself (no gifts) and you should be fine.
