Free Transfers

Can anyone help please. I cant fine where free transfers is under. Ive gone in to Transfer heading but cant seem to locate at all. Grateful for any assistance

FM24 transfer players free instead of buying but I cannot find the free transfer offered only purchasing player. Normally I have no problem but this is bugging me, look forward to any assistance you can give.
