Once the 2 hours total playtime or the 14 days after purchase are up, the game cannot be refunded.
Server shutdown is only a valid refund reason if you purchased the game 14 days or less prior to its shutdown AND have played it for less than 2 hours.
But are you also expecting every online MP game to basically keep servers up forever? And if they don't you deserve a refund?
Where did Early Access promise special rules or considerations in regards to multi-player servers? Or multiplayer only games?
Failing to READ the BIG BLUE BOX is your fault.
A game being in early access does not constitute any sort of promise. Where is it stated otherwise. Inventing new terms for a system you don't actually want to abide by isn't really any sort of argument.
You weren't promised anything. You can't ignore inconvenient policies because you think "promises" trump them. Not every statement a developer makes constitutes a legally binding contract fyi. Plans change. Projects fail. And not every time you're unhappy about that does it mean you were wronged.
Kinda seems like you agree to Early Access terms, but only so long as everything works out to your satisfaction.
