Workshop subscriptions suddenly gone (did NOT click unsubscribe from all)

Went to play one of my games earlier on and noticed that all of my workshop subscriptions were gone. I want to preface this by saying I did NOT click unsubscribe from all at any point. These workshop subscriptions were present yesterday, but as of today have vanished from my list. I'm not just talking a handful of items either, there were 1000's of subscribed items.

The items themselves are still available, which I verified by searching for a few that I remember being subscribed to, only now I have the option to subscribe as if I've never had them before. The game is Stormworks: Build and Rescue.

Having this same problem as well, a vast majority of my American Truck Simulator mod load order just got wiped out this way :(

I've been Having this Happen but Specifically for Space Engineers, While Attempting to Figure it out I would Subscribe To Mods, Load the Game, see they are available to load, Close it and while Closing I would Refresh my Subscriptions page and they'd just Vanish
