Multiple showcases on profile not working? please

Hi 😅 i have a question, i recently hit level 10 and i got to add a showcase to my profile. I was able to get another showcase from the store with steampoints, but It will only show 1 showcase on my page not 2. Why?
Did i waste the steam points 😆

No, no. You're correct. Showcases bugged out today. My Points Shop Game Collector was a Level 3 purchase but I could only add 4 games to it (Level 1).

Some showcases can only be added if you meet certain requirements. For example, you can not add an artwork showcase if you don't have any artwork.

However, that doesn't seem to be the problem here.

Mhh I still don’t have the option to add another showcase on my profile. When I go to edit profile>showcase it will only let me edit my current showcase.
I guess it’s probably cause of my steam level, weird i spent my steam points for nothing 🙈 haha nvm

Have you tried changing the current showcase to the showcase you bought with points?

Yes I tried now! I get it, i bought the level 2 Games showcase 🥲 So I guess I just levelled up that type of showcase until I reach enough Steam levels to put two showcases on my profile 🙈 uh

There are 2 types of options for showcases on the Points Shop, Level up and Additional. The Additional would grant you another slot.
