I can't post videos on Steam! ERROR 500

I'm trying to post videos on Steam but I've tried several ways, even changing browsers or using my cell phone, and the same error always appears:

"This page is not working at the moment, steamcommunity.com cannot handle this request at this time. HTTP ERROR 500"

Does anyone know a solution or know when they will fix it? Does it have to do with changing steam to beta families?

No it based on the server's time not your computer.

no, because it's a server, not a client issue.
