Can't gift a game for a friend

I've been trying to send my friend a game (Death Stranding Director's Cut) but it won't let me proceed to payment, we both live in the same country, can anyone help out? Thanks.

Make sure you're adding the Director's Cut to your cart, not the Director's Cut Upgrade.
