Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
You most likely played Hades via Family Share from another account and deauthorizing all devices will have canceled the Family Share.
If thats the case you have to setup Family Share between those accounts again.
I think i heard that before.
You can restore the game, read about the so called "permanent removing of a game". Which isnt permanent, but if you forgot what games it could be, it can be a problem.
