only if there are unused game activation keys. getting those are AT OWN RISK, any problems and you need to take it up with who ever you got it from, steam has nothing to do with it.

just get the game on EPIC, would be far cheaper and safer.

Okay, it's a shame I wanted to have the game on Steam because it's clearer with playing time etc. You know, I'll continue playing it on Epic but thanks anyway

Yeah only way get copy is unused key, problem is whenever a game get delisted keys prices will shoot up, and the risk get higher due to supply & demand as have to watch out for scammers on the gray market.

Even if get Steam version, you're force to use Epic account, and not sure if workshop will work as haven't tested since Epic decided removing it from Steam. So better off just keep playing it for free via epic.
