Cloud vs Hardrive game saves

I was wondering of there is a way to get my saves to go to both siultaniously? I ask because I recently got an Aya Neo and being that it is a "Hand Held" gaming pc there may very well be points at which I am playing without internet access or access to go internet such as if I'm on a road trip, or flying on a plane, and thus would like to beable to save to both, thus in a situation lile this I can pick up my progress in a gamr from wherever I left off when connected to the internet, save my game when I'm not connected, but then load it back up when I get connected again, and not loose any progress.

Note that all your saves are by definition local.

Cloud saves just sync a copy of your local saves to the cloud. Your saves are not primarily on the cloud. It’s simply a backup copy is stored there

Ok, I'm asking this because I have tried to start up a game in the past from both my main PC, and the Ayaneo and I got an error message in which it told me there was a conflict in where to save games to, and where to load game data from.

I also feel like some of you may not be understanding what I am asking, lets say hypothetically (I don't play it as it's not a game that I intrested, I'm just using this as an example) I am playing Starfiel and habe made significant progress into the game with both side quests, and the main quest, but I'm about to go on a road trip and want to take the Ayaneo with me to play it while on the road trip, I decide to load it up on the Ayaneo while still connected to the internet thus I want it to load my progress thus far from the cloud since I wont have an internet connection while in the car, and while in the car I want it to save my progess to the Ayaneo's harddrive when I get to a point in which I can save the game while not being connected to the internet BUT once I am abble to connect the Ayaneo to the internet again I want to beable to have it save what ever progress I have made while not connected to the internet to both the cloud, and the Ayaneo's harddrive so that when I fire up my main pc again I can have it pull the save data from the cloud.
