low fps

when I run whatever is the game even though it´s not from steam, the fps stay on 10 but on the pause menu it comes back to normal 60fps. Can someonne explain pls?

Pausing the game makes it consume less resource of your hardware. So it is able to forward that resource to produce more fps than when you are actively playing the game.

It could mean that your system need driver update, cleaning, or hardware upgrade.

my normal fps on games was around 50, but last week I only opened a few games and the fps dropped for 10 on every game. This probably can be some fisical problem on my pc or driver issues, like you said.

Which i can tell

I have played the games on normal fps, and it not demands too much requirements. I mean, my pc ran the games normaly. I have even tested on my notebook, wich is inferior than my pc, and it runs the games.
