Nope.

Only the account owner can try to appeal the ban through support.

I am asking for an unban of the bot not the items back the site just seemed extremely fishy but its my bad anyway

The owner of the bot would have to take it up with support.

Take it up with the site.

If it was that fishy and you logged in on it I'd suggest securing your account

Scan for Malware/virus https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
Generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
