Help with "Microsoft Visual" please

[Steel Cathedral]

Okay, so when I start certain games, a pop-up come up with the headline: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.38.33135"

It says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Here is the thing, my computer was able to run my games (that this pops up on) with out the pop-up and when I hit "cancel" twice (it pops up a second time) then it goes away and my game works

My question is: How do I get this to stop popping up? What do I do to fix it and please explain in the easiest terms because I am not too computer savvy.
