About to download COD warfare and it says i have no license?

i have downloaded sims 4 before and still playing it smoothly just a moment before, but now i'm trying for COD warfare this time and about to download the game when i encounter the error that says "no license" and does anyone here have encountered the same problem as mine? i kept searching and only found a similar problem as mine, but theirs is completely not the same as my problem' cuz mine isn't downloaded yet and error pops out saying i have no license? yet the others are saying they have the games before and encountered the error. so, does anyone have the same as mine?
