Cannot Process Refund Request because items servers are temporarily unavailable
Looking to refund a purchase I made in Dark and Darker immediately after I made it. It's been 8+ hours and I still get the same error message saying they cannot process my refund request because the game's item servers are temporarily unavailable.

Same problem. I accidentally purchased redstone twice when trying to unlock the full game.

Were you able to get a refund?
