issue with inappropriate tags

I've gotten a few games recently with joke user-defined tags on them (ex: banana shooter with the user-defined tags "hentai, sexual content, NSFW, nudity") and at this point those tags have shown up on my store page - I'm extremely non-interested by these and they honestly make me uncomfortable to see, plus it makes showing anyone my steam store page embarrassing, is it possible to hide tags like these?

I don't know about tags. I know you can hide games on the store and prevent them from appearing during searches. I don't know if the same is true for tags though.

You would just have to report the tags.
