idk this is steam support!? or i get scamed... please hlep me!!!!

few days ago i was in cs2 in find match and steam manager DM me and my acc get lock ( my profile change + i cant anymore findmatch game and...) he said we receive some scam report to ur acc and... / at the end he said we need review ur items and u need to trade with 1 of ur friend... but when trade accept this go not to his inventory and.... after 8days review the reasult will showen.... idk i can sent here screeen or not but he is not like normal people and i guess 99% he is real steam manager the person incharge of this issue... because i chek the trade and i really sent it to my friend but as he explain it before items go to noplace... even not to othere people to i understand i get scam... but now over 16 17 day passed and nothing come from steam to inform me about the issuee... even said wait for we need more time... i set up 5help ticket but they close my help req topics even with 1 words answer :) i dont know what should i do even to can talk the steam supports or any live supports to talk and found what happend to my items.... i have screan of all these but i dont think i can shere here :( but in my oponion i guess 99% he was real staff because after i accept trade,,, my account not anymore lock and he said i change ur restric and u are normal now and can play game and....

No it was not. There is no such thing as "reviewing items".
You fell for a scam, gave away all your items to a scammer and wont get them back.
Do everything that cSg|mc-Hotsauce posted at the top and learn from it for the future.
Your items are gone.

If you think this is real, ask yourself: why someone from Steam couldn't review your items without them being traded away? If they have the ability to affect your account, they can see your items. The whole story is meant to trick you into trading your items out of your account to the scammer. If you don't want to believe that, that's up to you. But you asked and have been provided with the answer. Your account is compromised and you need to take steps to secure it.
