This Account got Hacked HELP ME PLZ

Someone hacked my outlook email account and started changing owners ship from EA EPIC STEAM. Luckly im still in this account because he could probly not get passed the steam guard thats on mobilephone were the screen doesnt work any longer. The dude changed the Email of this account to [e-mail]

if anyone from Steam can help me my previous Email [e-mail] is recovered and safe again.

You will have to contact Steam Support, provide proof of ownership before they will change anything on the account.
